Professional Proofreading and Editing for Screenplays
Feel Confident About Submitting Your Error-Free Script to the Industry
Don't Allow Mistakes to Dim Your Brilliance
Screenwriting is a competitive business. Opportunities to get your script read by industry professionals are hard to come by. Don't blow your chance due to sloppy mistakes, improper formatting, and unclear writing that mark you as an amateur.
Let Your Script Shine
ScriptShine offers a proofreading service to ensure that your script is error-free and professionally formatted, as well as a more in-depth editing service to make sure that every sentence is vivid, concise, and clear.
With both services, all changes are made directly to your screenplay. You’ll receive a pristine script that’s ready to submit. You’ll also receive a second version of your script with the changes tracked in red type so that you can easily identify—and learn from—what was corrected.
It’s fast—typical turnaround times are 1-2 weeks—but if you need it even faster, rush service is available.

More Hope, Less Anxiety
As a fellow screenwriter I know the hope and anxiety you feel every time you send a script out. I have over three years of experience as a script editor and proofreader—over three years of helping writers feel a little more hopeful and a little less anxious about submitting their scripts to contests, producers, agents, and managers.
I’ve been hired to write scripts, have had several scripts optioned, and placed in multiple contests, including making the Top 50 in the Nicholl Fellowship. I know what it takes to get a script to industry standards.
Here’s what past clients have had to say:
Your edits were spot on, and your formatting expertise saved me from having an ulcer!
Matt C.
Thank you ! You did a GREAT JOB and I really appreciate your magic touch!
Adnane L.
We reviewed the script and we love it. Thank you once again for all your hard work. You have been a pleasure to partner with and we hope we can have you edit our future scripts.
